Chilkoot Trail Artist residency
During July 2016, I was honored to be invited as the selected artist in residence on the Chilkoot Trail, which involved hiking and camping from Alaska to British Columbia as we retraced the trail taken by the 1898 stampeders making their way to the Klondike goldfields in the Yukon Territory.

Grand Canyon!
During the summer of 2013, I was fortunate to have been selected as the Artist In Residence at Grand Canyon National Park (South Rim). During my time there I documented my experiences through plein air oil paintings, leading a printmaking workshop with local youth and beginning a new body of work titled Tripping over the same stone.Fiber Optics in Ft. My piece titled Housewarming was selected the exhibit Fiber Optics at Gallery 1310 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. receiving both a jurors and people's choice award. Transporting this work is always a challenge - but also always worth the trip!2012
Moving!
I recently began a full-time position at Florida State University where I'm teaching Sculpture, Digital Foundation and Graduate Crit courses. Leaving Denver was definitely bittersweet, but Tallahassee is my new home and I love it here!Rule Gallery, Denver

I have begun a two year residency at Redline here in Denver. Update: Due to accepting the position at FSU, I will be leaving my residency earlier than expected. It has been a remarkable experience that I am sad to leave.2011
Solo Exhibition
I currently have a solo exhibition at the Clara Hatton Gallery at CSU in Fort Collins, CO.Additionally, my proposal for a public sculpture has been awarded a commission by the Department of Cultural Affairs here in Denver, slated for completion in 2012!

After being honored with two back to back residencies in Houston, TX www.lawndaleartcenter.org and Fort Collins, CO www.art342.org respectively, I accepted an adjunct position teaching Sculpture, 3D Approaches and Concepts courses at the University of Denver in Denver, CO.
